Astronomy Day 2009

eaglenebulam16Celebrate the 2009 International Year of Astronomy at the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center’s annual Astronomy Day! You can embark on their annual “Walk Through the Solar System,” take a walk on the moon with Mar Vista Middle School students and The Astronaut Teacher Alliance, take a 3-D tour of the latest images from NASA, sun gaze with the San Diego Astronomy Association on the Prado, enter a drawing to win prizes, join a simulated mission to Mars in the Nierman Challenger Learning Center, and much more.
