(Unfortunately the signup list for this event is already closed, but SD Space members will attend and bring back stories, photos, and maybe video.)
NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory will host a Tweetup on Wed., Jan. 21 at JPL in Pasadena, Calif., from 5 to 7:30 p.m. PST.
What’s a Tweetup? A Tweetup is an informal “meet up” of people on Twitter. This Tweetup is an opportunity to meet and speak with the JPL staff, scientists, and engineers behind the tweets of @CassiniSaturn, @MarsPhoenix, @MarsRovers, @MarsScienceLab, @EarthVitalSigns, @PlanetQuest and more. Plus, we’ll meet and mingle with other space-exploration-minded tweeps.
If you’re interested in diving into Twitter, be sure to follow @sdspace and take a look at the amazing people we’re following as well.
